Music has played a long and important part in the life of Christ Church Cathedral. From the various pipe organs that have led the music of liturgy to the many voices of past and present Cathedral Choir members, music has played and continues to play a prominent role in the life of worship in this place. In addition to supporting its own rich musical history, the Cathedral has been a constant musical force in the community, hosting countless solo and ensemble artists, famous choirs from around the world and much more. On the following pages, you will find information about the Cathedral Choir, the music that is being sung on Sunday mornings, the concerts we offer, and the history and description of the organs that have been part of our heritage.
