This weekend, our Dean is attending the North American Deans' Conference in Erie, Pennsylvania. Annually, Deans from cathedrals in Canada, the United States and beyond gather for a time of reflection, discussion and fellowship. This year's theme is "Cathedrals and Deans in Places of Loss and Hope." Speakers will include Sister Joan Chittister and Dean John Witcombe of Coventry Cathedral focusing on how loss and hope are visible and unavoidable in the landscape of a cathedral and in the soul.
